Getting a Myki Card

• Purchase a card at train stations, tram stops, convenience stores, or online
• Card cost is around $6 (one-time fee)

How to Use It

• Tap your card on a reader when boarding and exiting trains, trams, and buses
• The system automatically calculates your fare based on zones travelled
• You must tap on and tap off to get the correct fare

Payment Options

• Myki Money: Load credit and pay as you go. Daily and weekly caps apply, so you never pay more than the daily maximum
